Tutti-Fruiti Mocha Mix Muffins

Ingredients
Based on 12 servings per recipe.
- 1 8-ounce can fruit cocktail
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Mocha Mix
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Drain fruit cocktail thoroughly in strainer.

Sift flour, baking powder, and allspice together; set aside.

Beat egg in medium bowl; beat in oil and Mocha Mix in order.

Add brown sugar.

Add dry ingredients all at once and stir until moistened.

Batter should be lumpy.

Fold fruit into batter and spoon in 12, 2 1/2 inch muffin cups with paper baking cups.

Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Remove from pan and serve warm.

Makes 12 muffins.
