Ingredients
Based on 4 servings per recipe.
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat together all ingredients until fully blended.

Pour into 4 lightly-greased custard cups

Place custard cups in a baking pan and fill pan with enough hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the custard cups.

Custards are done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- For 7 minute custard, place bowls in the microwave and cook at low power for 7 minutes turning cups as needed for even cooking
