Ingredients

Based on 4 servings per recipe.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Pat chicken dry, cube into bite-size nugget pieces.
  3. Dredge into mustard, then roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Put on baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes.
