- 6 ounces frozen raspberries, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients and puree until smooth. Sauce will become thicker as it sits.
This recipe can also be used with other berries such as strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries. You can adjust the sugar for desired sweetness.
