- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 banana
- 2-3 teaspoons honey
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt, frozen
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
