Easy Deviled Eggs

Vegetarian, Low Phosphorus, Low Potassium, High Protein, Low Sodium

Ingredients

Based on 12 servings per recipe.

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • paprika for garnish

Preparation

  1. Place eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain eggs and let cool.
  4. Peel the shells off the eggs and cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and mash in a mixing bowl until crumbly.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and mustard with yolks.
  7. Spoon mixture into each egg white and sprinkle with paprika for added color.
  8. Place in the refrigerator and cool before serving.
