John’s BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Based on 6 servings per recipe.

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine (or other white) vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3/4 cup no-salt added ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Use a whisk to blend all ingredients well.
  2. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
