Support ServicesChronic Kidney Disease often affects how people view themselves and the world around them. Living with kidney failure can change how you work and play and sometimes, even your relationships with family and friends. Our social services staff is skilled in helping people deal with the difficult and confusing feelings that can come with these changes.We offer counseling, resource information, support groups and help with problem solving.
